Dirindu Dinginnya Cerita Motivasi dan Inspirasi Nomor 1

Bau pagi yang khas menelusup masuk lewat jendela kayu kamar ku. Bau embun mulai datang. Uh! Jatuh tepat di atas kelopak mata ku. Siapa lagi kalau bukan ayah yang melakukannya. “Bangun anak manja, sekolah tak menunggu kedatangan mu untuk memulai kegiatannya”, ucapnya dingin. Sedingin air dalam bak mandi yang tak pernah hangat. Begitulah drama pagi yang selalu terjadi setiap hari di rumah kami.

Setelah melahirkan aku, ibu sering sakit-sakitan. Akhirnya, ketika umur ku baru menginjak sepuluh bulan, ibu meninggalkan kami berdua untuk selamanya. Ayah yang pribadinya kaku dan dingin harus berusaha merangkap menjadi sosok ibu. Meskipun susah bersikap lembut tapi setidaknya ia berusaha menjadi orangtua yang baik bagi ku, mencukupi segala kebutuhan ku dan melindungi putri semata wayangnya ini dari bahaya kehidupan di luar rumah kami. Rumah kami yang dingin.

Aqeedah: its Meaning and Importance
