Kenalkan aku Laura, seorang gadis muda dan pemimpi yang cukup sukses di muka bumi ini. Aku memimpikan banyak hal. Mimpi punya banyak sahabat sejati. Mimpi punya banyak waktu untuk mereka. Mimpi punya banyak waktu untuk tersenyum. Mimpi punya banyak waktu bersyukur, berterimakasih, aku masih bisa bermimpi!
Tentang mimpi-mimpiku itu, ada banyak masa-masa kelam di baliknya. Tapi sudah, lupakan saja. Aku takkan menceritakannya. Karena aku tak pernah bermimpi memiliki banyak waktu untuk mengenang masa-masa kelamku.

Pagi ini suasana kampus tak seperti biasanya. Tak banyak mahasiswa yang duduk-duduk manis di bawah pohon ketapang kembar dekat tempat parkir itu. Aku berjalan menyusuri koridor kampus yang panjang ini tanpa seseorang mendampingi, hanya sebaris cerita yang mengiringi setiap langkahku.

“Just..!”
“Apa?”
“Aku cinta kamu!”
“APA?!”
Sebuah pengakuan konyolku sehabis ujian semeter 1 dulu. Wajah manis Justin itu mendadak berubah tanpa ekspresi.

We find them in every epoch and in all lands. In India, there lived those who transmitted to the world the Vedas, and there was also the great Gautama Buddha; China had its Confucius; the Avesta was produced in Iran. Idolatry in Our Age 2

by Harun Yahya The basis of idolatry is the preference for a person, or a thing over God, for instance, to prefer somebody's approval to God's, to fear somebody as one fears God or to love him as one loves God…Or to do for an idol what he doesn't do for God, or to make a sacrifice which he does not do for God's approval. Given the foregoing arguments, it would be a shallow interpretation indeed to define idolatry as the worship of statues. This is surely an argument used by unbelievers to justify their stance.
